2. Clear your browser cache and cookies.
3. Log into the Web App https://webapp.datum.org
4. Input your phone number with "+" and international code e.g. +99.....9 if the phone number confirmation not yet completed.
If you are using the mobile App, please download and re-install the latest version of the App.
I'd also recommend you trying another ISP that you have access to.
And I didn't receive any confirmation email.
