anyone know how to withdraw the tokens from this sack of shit, it was suppose to be live on dec 28th but it hasnt for like a week+ after that now i cant log in etc, i just want to sell the tokens that i was credited with since the beginning of fucking august
To log into the App and Web App please confirm your phone number and please input the phone with "+" and international code e.g. +99xx...xIf you are using the Web App, please try to clear your browser cache along with trying other web browsers that you have access to.
It's also recommended that you switch your browser to desktop mode if you are accessing it on mobile.

i think that it has something to do with the ethereum network. during my first tries, my gas fee for the transfer was very high. when i tried it now, the gas fee was only the half of it and it went trough.

I have withdrawn 100 DATs a few seconds ago and your app has calculated a fee of 5,19 DAT ? isn't it that very low fees for Token Transactions ? I usually have problems with all almost all Token Transfers in the Ethereum Network, if the fees are under 1,5 us dollars, your app has calculated 5,19 DAT (=50 us cents) ?

How to redeem tokens from emails that I receive, pretty much vague, and also the tokens I received for joining the mailing list too
To redeem your DAT tokens, please follow the steps below:1. Go to https://webapp.datum.org
2. Click on "Skip" on the upper-right-hand corner.
3. Create a brand new account.
4. Please utilize this same e-mail address that you signed up on the Datum website to create your web App account.
*** Please note that the Datum App is still in its first beta version, and as such, many functions are still yet to be released. ***
Finaaly it worked for me. I requested the withdrawal now. But network fees is too high. This is bit unexpected from projects like DAT..
?? to high ? for me its too low !. i have made hundreds of transactions in the Ethereum Network, i usually have transactions fees of 1.3 - 3 Dollars for Token Transfers.

this is the webapplication i tried on laptop and desktop. with firefox browser it does not work, with google chrome i can at least go into the dashboard with the sms verification, but still the same error at withdrawing.
Please try to clear your browser cache. I'd also suggest you try the mobile App, a fix is rolled out for the phone verification, should work now.browercache clearing did not helped too ><" and i dont own a android device to try it with the android app. the ios app is still not availabe afaik

in my country all sms verifications do not work with "0"... i have sms verifications on every exchange and on dozens of android apps. i only get sms without a "0"..
edit: i have found the answer:
