Of course their will be people who jump on the train. Then you have to be more innovative, have a better usability, be cheaper or sometimes its enough to be the first and have many people in your project.

It will not be easy but if eHealth will be first on the market and do things right they will scoop a lion's share of the market.

Yes you will always have an advantage when you are the first on the market but sometimes it gets problematic when your idea gets picked up while you are still in developement and the competitor finishes his product first by just simplifying it.

I mean as we can see on some projects , they already did something years before the ICO, maybe with their own private funds to do a few basic tests, constructing some parts of the product.
And then they hold an ICO , to make their project becomes bigger or for further development or maybe just to launch their product.

The devs should regularly update the community about the project in order to prevent insinuations and this will surely result in a harmonious relationship among the community.

That may be one of the reasons why we are in the current situation, but there must be many more. I do not think this is the main one.

Yes, it is quite professionally handled. I really appreciate this.
There are a lot of projects out there, where the devs don't really communicate with their community.
