Well regarding 8. it seems like things with the 5 years gap can happen (even if it is unlikely). But I wonder, how will this be done. Let's assume the price is under ICO price for round 1 for 1 year and 3 months. Finally it goes above ICO price and exactly the very first day it goes above at one of the exchanges, the ICO round 2 starts directely?

It was expected that they covered WPP after all the waiting and so many people waiting, congratulations to the Team for the material and thank you, I hope to be more within your steps and your goals with this reading, despite a lot of content, I know it will be worth it. I am also sure because of the size and complexity of the project it is not easy to write a complete whitepaper.
Nevertheless a first version or deeper infomaion should be possible to publish early.

Well, I admire the teams great effort in producing that whitepaper. I think it only indicates that the DEV team are serious about the project.

No wonder they were so slow with the WP release. Such volume give a real seriousness to the project. Well, guys, after a week or so, when we read it, we may discuss it in detail)

I think they should plan to write a shorter white paper. I think not many investors will go through the entire whitepaper.

Nothing new regarding to the token usage, everything was already mentioned in brochure. But there is a very comprehensive list of possible risks regarding the eHealth First project and how team plans to mitigate them, very useful for potential investors (p. 37).
