Did you read the thread posted above your post? You may want to do that.

It points out that ETN had the most actual NUMBER of investors in history.

You reffered to Tezos which was CLEARLY a bunch of WHALES because it had a small number of investors, and raised $240 million.

Most expected that Tezos was only going DOWN first, but ETN is the opposite. It had 120,000 investors with only 40 million dollars because they cleverly placed the hardcap there.

ETN sold out 11 days early, when it was raising about 3-4 million a day. So there is about 50 million or more (because everyday the number of investors was increasing) of demand stacked up waiting for exchanges to open.

The art is made by people on the Electroneum Telegram group. Alot of it made by David, but many others as well.

Im thinkin there still isnt really a crypto for the masses. Most crypto is a store of value, even those like zcash, monero. Electroneum is the first truly reaching out to the masses if im correct, so in that regard... MOOOOOON! Cheesy

Id like to point out that the scam on the etherdelta exchange showed us how quickly ETN could rise. It went from $.02 to $.21 in 5 hours!!! 4 million sold.

It is horrible all those people lost their money, but it did show us that the market was willing to pay 21 cents in the beginning HOURS!!

You also gotta remember, since it was a scam coin there was nobody really selling/dumping it. So it was one way traffic which helped increase the price so rapidly.

Completely unacceptable that the Etherdelta team allowed for that to happen. They should be held responsible and should refund the money to those that got scammed.

How did the scam work out exactly? Can someone point me to a source? It sounds really massive and really *** bad... Did ED list a fake chain?

The total # of coins sold in the ICO is 4.4 Billion.

Ok it means that we currently lost about 10% cause we bought the coin at 0.01$ and :
40 000 000(marketcap)/ 44 000 000 000(supply) = 0.009090 $

I get where you are going with this, but supply and demand have to be added into the equation, as they pull the biggest weight.

How many people will sell, and how many people will buy? This is what will give us the price.

It is incorrect to say that we "lost" anything per se.

I would also point out that the scam exchange, etherdelta, had fake eth/etn pairs yesterday, and they went from $.02 to $.21 in about 5 hours, selling 4 million fake ETN.

Its a shame those people got scammed, but 21 cents in HOURS is impressive, especially considering that the majority of buyers would have known that ETN doesnt go live until Nov 1st.

So with a fraction of the total demand, we went up 20x from ICO price in HOURS.

Incredible news just before the launch. Being based off Monero is outstanding, and shows the team has continued to work hard. They could have continued with the Bytecoin code which was ready, but they decided to push harder. Thanks team!
The 1 eCent transfer fee is a great addition as well.
