We believe the most transparent and interest-aligning formula is a profit share fee from growth of real estate portfolio, between managing company (the Elements Estates team) and platform which will function as an incentive to achieve the best possible returns for our users. As we are very confident in the Elements Estates team’s abilities, there will be no fee charges if the portfolio does not achieve a 10% hurdle rate.
