It isn't about traders they don't follow the price. It is the source of updates which you have and many here don't have access to that. You should use source of information and let others to read and understand what is happening except the decision of court. That decision it itself has no impact on investors but good for founders. Don't you think they should hold press release or AMA session for their investors whose money is in this project ?

I am surprised at this envion project that has so many problems in ICO, such as not returning investors and not paying bounty but why in the market this project remains stable price.

I agree with you , it's the most strange project I've ever seen , they are totally scam but somehow price of token is stable.Maybe traders use it only in pump and dump schemes?

Why founders are not appearing publicly and sharing what they have in mind to do next after winning the case in court. When there will not be any direct or indirect communication between investors and founders then rumors based on truth and lies both will circulate. Everyone will interpretate the way he wants within own interest. If they all these rumors to stop then be communicative and friendly this time at least.

I think the founders were just highly inexperienced and didnt know how to deal with difficult questions or criticism. To me this is one of the reasons why i’m careful about investing. Bad captains have sunk plenty of good ships

I agree with bitcoinentchen . but envion is certainly not the only bad ico. the promised 161% roi this year can forget ico buyers. Nobody gets paid this year.
Waiting for what 2019 is going to do, the mining difficult word is also getting higher. but I expect that the mmus will still not be ready in April next year. In 2020 you also have the bitcoin block halving. now you get around 12btc for a block and then only 6bitcoin. if envion is smart they have to build the large size shipping containers than these small cointainers what they want now. You have to see how much money that saves if you have to cut half the less mmus so you can put a lot more mining hardware in a container.

If the founders won the court case, now they should start the mining operations immediately as investors are already dissatisfied with the delay of dividends payments and drop of token's price. Founders have to work hard to get back the reputation which is tarnished due to this issue between Woestmann and them.
Its far from over the real court case hasn't even started yet .

It seems investors are really lost money for an ICO which has no real outcome. Whoever holds the funds collected from this ICO should be refunded back to investors at the ICO price as they don't want to wait for years without any return on the investment.
Why do you say the real court case hasn't started yet? Why there is no clear statement from the team explaining what's going on and even more, what it is going to happen next? They absolutely owe it to their investors.
