I highly doubt the community can help. I've tried about 10 times now to get help from the community and no one seems to be able to help. The issue is that I'm Canadian I use the Canadian passport but accidentally used in American address when going through know-your-customer. As a result my tokens are still locked. I've been working with envion on this for a very long time to try to resolve it. They said there's nothing they can do because I accidentally used an American address. I confirm my Canadian address and explain to them that I'm Canadian as well but that doesn't seem to help. As such what really needs to happen now is that they need to just simply return my eth.

I understood that to calculate later the dividends we need to hold the EVN token in MEW for example. But in the calculation do you take into consideration how long we hold the token or it doesn’t matter? I mean if I transfer my token from hitBTC the day before the dividends calculation is it the same than transferring it let s say 3 months before?

So I wanted to keep my tokens more secure by cold storing my EVN Tokens and also my Ethereum. I'm not that familiar yet with cold storing so I was wondering if I would still be able to receive my dividends if I chose to use cold storage? What are your thoughts on cold storing the tokens and ethereum?

Hardware wallet like Trezor is best choice to keep them store into most secure environment. If you are a long term investors than I will recommend you for cold storage always use a hardware which is trusted. Trezor support to receive dividends without any problem from any project.
Is there such information about supporting EVN tokens by Nano Ledger S? Because I don't have Trezor... I have only Ledger.
EVN being an ERC20 token, so you should be able to store it in Ledger.

Anybody know when the first dividends will be paid out to holders? And what is the requirements. That's what of the few things that attracts me to envion.
Probably that is correct but if they comply with the regulations, I don't see any barriers not to be listed on any exchange as legal side.

based on their medium post, late summer or early fall is when all investors should receive dividend.
"A few weeks after the biggest holders receive their first payments, more and more investors will start to see dividends as we produce and deploy more MMUs. The payments will get more frequent as time goes on and once we hit scale, all EVN token holders will get more or less weekly ETH payments. You can probably expect this to happen sometime in late summer or early fall — though pre-installation mining could make it sooner."
This is when ALL token holders will receive dividend, even those with very few tokens. The larger holders will receive them much sooner than that.

My understanding of cold storage is that it is the equivalent of using MEW. You just know your address and private key, and keep it in a safe place offline. You can check your address balance in the explorer without using your private key, and when you want to spend something you use MEW with your private key.
If you hold your Ethereum and Envion in an address that you have private keys for (Cold storage) you should receive the dividends without any problem.
I think this is the ideal way to hold ETH and EVN if you are not planning to spend/trade in the near future.

Why is Everyone so negatieve ? Envion droped only 40% in a bear market. Not bad at All. Look all other cryptos thats lost there value 200% up to more Them 2000%.
What do you mean? A value can't lose more than 100% lol, unless you're trading with futures.
every person can win 500 or 600%. but only lose 100%. That's the reality. and now we all hope that the prices in the future will simply increase by 20% this month 
It doesn't matter what we lose in day trading but be panic without any reason could make the situation more than worse. I also hope in future price will start increasing there is huge potential into this ecosystem we are suffering from some bad news but now it's over.

That first part of correction in its value was inevitable and couldn't be stopped. This is simple to understand for any project which will make debut in such market conditions to see. Now notable thing is EVN's performance during highly shuffling market time was stable and it showed resistance. It has found bottom already and will use it as launching pad to continue rising, with development updates.
