It took literally one day and I got my answer after I submitted all the needed documents and MY CLAIM IS ACCEPTED!!!
There is still time to fill your claims bounty hunters, just read few posts above for the links and explanation.
Obvious spam if you only read one post from the last page of this thread you will know that Envion is a proved by court scam and claiming process is already ongoing.

I am really glad to see Wenger Plattner has taken this matter seriously and they are acknowledging bounty hunters claims. I am also confirming on here that I have received their mail a couple of hours ago. Though it's a very unique situation for me as I failed to mention how much tokens I was going to get from Envion as the spreadsheet was not up to date in the latter days of this bounty campaign.
Send screens as proof from bounty spreadsheet (with your entry), links to bounty spreadsheet and bounty thread, links to your profile, etc.
I did like this and is good and many other bounty hunters did the same.

I think you should do it because I had to resend a document too. In my case, it was the claim which should be hand-signed and I did it using a computer signature.
As we can see they started to check the claims because all interested people start to get emails from them, so everything goes as supposed to.
This claiming portal is for sure a legal entity established by the regulators, so you don't have to be afraid.

Today I got an email from [email protected] that my claim will be accepted when I will send additional documents because during the online claim process I have only signed documents electronically and this has to be signed personally. I got two weeks to fulfill the requirements. So, I think all bounty hunters who started the online claim are at least accepted in the claiming process.
We were afraid about the documents and how to fill them up correctly but even if something is wrong then this should be no problem because one will get an email asking to correct all errors if they found any during the control. Additionally in the email will be provided what is wrong, what to upload again and how.
Fingers crossed and I keep waiting.

I don't think so to be honest, the most thing is to fill the claim before the 28 November and that is it.
If there will be enough claims then there is a chance that the claiming service will look closely into the bounty and not paid ENV tokens to participants.

I think you have to add a document because KYC/AML is needed for a claim. It doesn't have to be a passport, your ID or driver license is also good.
If you can't provide and confirm your true identity I don't think the claim will be possible. Still, you can try and fill the documents because this is the first time ever and nobody knows how it will proceed further.

The form is asking for an ID, not necessarily a passport. I got no passport but I submitted a national ID here in my country. Now, about the bounty, I am not so sure if they are going to take this up since technically they are more for people who invested money with Envion or those who bought the tokens during its ICO period. Anyway, let's hope that I am wrong.

Its the bounty manager know this situation? its any way thats bounty member can get those coin from envion without claim or etc, i think BM of this project should make contact with the team
This is a good suggestion but I think BM should check this thread frequently if interested and I haven't seen him here from ages.
Or you can just count the exact amount because it's known that there were total 3M tokens available for bounty, for example 20% for that was reserved for translation = 600000 tokens, and that would be divided by number of all stakes for translations (28). Time that with the stakes you got. That makes 21428.57 env tokens for a translation.
And maybe put the spreadsheet and the bounty announcement in references.

Great suggestion and I wish I have seen this calculation before I have sent my claim. Anyways, I have added of course all links to bounty thread and spreadsheet in my claim. Additionally, there is the third document where you will be able to explain your claim and I have done it too of course.
