I believe you are talking about Blocklogy.

Blocklogy is an e-learning platform. The curriculum is designed in such a way so that students from class 8th grade can start learning about blockchain technology and by the time they complete 12th Standard, they should be able to generate tokens, build smart contracts etc. Although we are saying students, it is for anyone and everyone who wants to learn about blockchain technology. At the end of the course, the learner/student will be issued with a certificate. This e-learning platform is in the testing phase right now.
