We do not deal with card payments since they involve fees from card providers (such as visa, mastercard) and fees for issuing banks (ex: WaveCrest holdings). Our payments are direct, in crypto with zero fees.

Can you say for sure at this point that the zero fee model will always be sustainable throughout the future?

Actually, the best part of this project is that the retail stores don’t have to accept crypto, and users can still pay in crypto. If you pay with ETH, BTC or even Eterbank’s coin, the grocery store gets fiat money on their bank account. Eterbank does the exchange from crypto to fiat. So, no need to talk any retail store into accepting whatever crypto you have in your wallet. They will still get USD, EUR or whatever money they use in their country.

The devs aren't active always, this could be a potential stlet back for investors because inquiries and questions are not answered instantly. I hope they will address this kind of issue.

Exactly, that will result to cryptocurrency being famous to consumers because back then many people don't know what is cryptocurrency all about.
