If I remember correctly the presale starts 7th December.
I guess you can't buy them until that date.

Thanks for the question! You will not need a guarantor - as a borrower, all you need is to have a personal credit score over 630.
How can I have a high personal credit score?
Personal credit score is usually maintained by simply making credit payments on time, such as credit cards and mortgages. If you have not done anything illegal/fraudulent in the past, you should definitely qualify!

What will I need to participate in the token sale?
I think that you will need ETH and a compatible wallet, isn't it?There you can see that the appropriate wallets for the token sale are MyEtherWallet, imToken, Ledger or Trezor.

If you truly have a partnership with Microsoft, why don’t you publicize it with an official press release with quotes from a representative? Again, a paid ISV relationship is not a true partnership.
AFAIK you can check the relationship at Microsoft site, they published the instructions before.
Yes. They publish their database of ISV partners. But being an ISV partner isn’t special. There are nearly half a million ISV partners worldwide and most become accredited through a paid subscription. That’s not a true partnership.

There are all kinds of partnerships:
1. A strategic partnership is a relationship between two commercial enterprises, usually formalized by one or more business contracts;
2. A Community partner may be, but is not limited to, the following: local, state, national, international, public, community-based, private and academic organization;
3. A joint venture is a business arrangement in which two or more parties agree to pool their resources for the purpose of accomplishing a specific task. This task can be a new project or any other business activity;
4. A channel partner is a company that partners with a manufacturer or producer to market and sell the manufacturer's products, services, or technologies. This is usually done through a co-branding relationship;
5. R&D Partner is a type of partnership devoted to the research and development of new products and services;
6. etc.
Our partnership with Microsoft is a combination of some of the above. Press release should come out in due course when we have accomplished what we set out to do together in the first place - bringing scalability and security to the Ethereum world via Microsoft product offerings.
