Yes. They publish their database of ISV partners. But being an ISV partner isn’t special. There are nearly half a million ISV partners worldwide and most become accredited through a paid subscription. That’s not a true partnership.

I agree. An ISV relationship does not constitute as a true partnership between Microsoft and FintruX. That’s just a development relationship with your Robocoder development firm which many ISV’s have attained that status.

Personal credit score is usually maintained by simply making credit payments on time, such as credit cards and mortgages. If you have not done anything illegal/fraudulent in the past, you should definitely qualify!
