What about direct dividends?

Since FundCoins will be traded at crypto exchanges, it might be technically difficult to indicate the end owners (it could be done only with the support of exchanges). Thus, at this point we’ve decided to distribute profits via the buyback program. However, it could be possible to pay dividends in the future.

Is the number of FundCoins tokens fixed?

FND are finite in number. We aim to gather 100€ mln. so as 1 FundCoin = 1 euro, 100 mln. FundCoins will be available for crowdsale.

I think that it will be possible to agree with the exchange only after the tokens have been purchased, and this will take some time. Plus some time for debugging. In general, this is not so easy.

also, i think, many people will want to sell tokens on exchanges with more profit

Yes, the growth in the FND rate can bring a profit to the investor

Hi, What about direct dividends?

Now there are some technical difficulties. Direct dividends should be withdrawn through exchanges, but we will be able to resolve this issue only after the release of the tokens. Therefore, so far, we have settled on a model with a buyback.

If the ICO target is reached, do you know how many FundCoins will be created?

We aim to gather 100€ mln. So as 1 FundCoin = 1 Euro, 100 mln. A respective number of FundCoins will be created, meaning that if 99 million Euros are raised, 99 million FundCoins will be created.

Hi! Who is responsible for the security in ur team?

The FundCoin distribution is outsourced to the highly skilled team that helped with such projects as SONM.IO (more than 50M raised during ICO); Chronobank.io (More than 10M raised) and other.

I think it's right that the investment company outsourced technical issues

You are right!

How will I be able to exchange or sell FundCoins?

You can do it by trading FND on Cryptocurrency Exchanges (the list of exchanges will be announced later. Please sign in to our newsletter https://Finles.Capital to get the actual news). FundCoins will be traded at the open exchange, and you will be able to sell them whenever you want.

Any affiliate program? For example, Monaco paid a 5% bonus for inviting friends.

No, the FundCoin ICO doesn't have such a program
