No. The ICO proceeds will be allocated to the Lowesoft Fund that invests in cash-generating assets securing stable overtime income and tapping into the blockchain industry’s tremendous potential by investing in the market leaders. After the first quarter of the Fund operation, and later every quarter, the Fund will buy back FNDs from the investors for the amount of the income generated from the investments, approximately, several percents. At this point investors will benefit from their FundCoins. Also they will be able to sell FNDs at exchanges at any time.

The situation with is unclear by now, but some websites still list ICOs, and this is one of them.

Will there be an additional issue of tokens?

No, there will be no additional issue of tokens. However, after all FNDs are bought back from the market during quarterly buy-outs, the Fund will consider an option to arrange another separate FND issue
