First of all it should be noted that the ICO proceeds will be allocated to the Lowestoft Private Equity Fund – a private equity fund managed by the trusted Finles Capital Management, a fully regulated asset manager with a 40-years history and responsible for management of over €500M on average - https://www.finlescapitalmanagement.nl.

This Lowestoft Private Equity Fund is a dual strategy fund. The majority of the ICO funds (70%) will be invested in more stable traditional alternative investment strategies - Private Equity, and about 30% will be invested in the blockchain industry.

Only 3% of the proceeds have been allocated to cover ICO administration costs. The remaining amount will be directed to the Lowestoft Private Equity Fund for further investments as mentioned above.
