Hey guys, just a quick note on how FundCoin is different from other blockchain investment funds

A lot has been printed and boasted about the power of blockchain. It has been termed as revolutionary, a cryptographic achievement, a huge wave in technology, and by many other gratifying titles. It is with the same enthusiasm, one can look at the stupefying VC investments the blockchain industry has received in the past two years — $1.7 billion approximately.

Before FundCoin, a token backed by investments in a Private Equity strategy fund, the Lowestoft Fund, managed by Finles Capital Management (EST 1977), there has been several investment portals that allow traditional investors to enter the decentralized new economy. Each one of them — be it TaaS, The Token Fundor Blockchain Capital — is uniquely different from each other. It would be utterly wrong of us to categorize ourselves better than the next, when the dedication of each platform is equally valuable in context of the overall benefit of the blockchain investment market.

FundCoin, however, is the only project that is designed specifically to bridge the gap between Private Equity (PE) and blockchain technology. PE, a $2.5 trillion market, does offer more returns to its investors than any other asset class, but it is normally available only to a handful of privileged investors. Meanwhile, blockchain assets offer excessive returns, but they are still considered high risk due to aggressive volatility by most of the traditional investors.

FundCoin proposes to use a cryptographically verifiable blockchain token to reflect the ownership in its blockchain backed by traditional private equity investment portfolio. At the same time, it employs the innovative fundraising mechanism of the ICO to collect the capital required. This approach does two things: First, it allows an average investor to access PE investment markets, which otherwise requires a minimum of $100k in capital; and secondly, it provides intermediate liquidity that traditional PE funds lack. Traditional funds usually implement long-term investing strategy and investors can’t trade their investments efficiently and can’t redeem. However, ICO investors can exit via selling their coins at an exchange at any time.

Hi, Who is the team member responsible for building FundCoin and its security?

The FundCoin distribution is outsourced to the highly skilled team that helped with such projects as SONM.IO (more than 50M raised during ICO); Chronobank.io (More than 10M raised) and other.

Thx!

Ok great. So all 100m tokens are being sold to the public correct?

Then 97% used for investment, 3% used for operations.

Yes, that's right

Those 3% is nothing if compared to other ICOs!

Nick, I totally agree with you, that's something!

Yeh on average ICOs claim they will spend 16-20% on operations so this is very low indeed.

It seems like AUM used to be 540M and now is 200M

Please take a look at this link: https://www.bloomberg.com/quote/AVCOYSA:MV
You can find AUM of one of the 10+ funds under management.

In addition to the funds, there are mandates from pension funds that also adds 200M-300M monthly average.

What is the value of 1 ETH in fund?

Preorder already begun. There is no rate ETH/FND. The price of the token is determined by the price of the euro, 1FND=1EUR. So, The ETH/EUR rate by which the ICO will be conducted will be announced immediately before the start of ICO. Now, when you do pre-order in ETH, there is no conversion into FND. Conversion will occur at the time of the beginning of ICO.

What benefits is included in pre-order?

The Pre-Order will secure you FundCoins. We are not limiting the amount of FundCoins for the Pre-Order, and it could be the case that they will be sold out before the ICO starts.

Do you have a GIPS standard report with Finles Performance?
\

No, Finles doesn't use the GIPS Standards that are recommended by CFA Institute that does not represent or verify that firms that are use them are actually in compliance. However, Finles complies to much striker Dutch GAAP rules and licensed by AFM.

Can you say something about what blockchain is used?

We use the Ethereum infrastructurefor issuing tokens and smart contracts. Our tokens are ERC20 compliant and are stored on Ethereum wallets which support this protocol. We've found the Ethereum to be a solid, comprehensive platform to work with and useful for implementing everything we need to effectively launch the FundCoin infrastructure and to protect the interests of our investors.
