Generally speaking, with all staking coins built on top of another platform (like eth) you will have to wait for the official/proprietary wallet of the token to start staking.

Any ERC-20 compatible wallet - MEW comes recommended. Staking and mining after transition to mainnet in Q2. We don't comment on specific exchange but intend to be on other exchanges in the future!
