1. France and Germany want to have a public debate about bitcoin (and possibly other cryptocurrencies). The topic of "cryptocurrency regulation" is one of the most important on the agenda of G-20 summit.

Hardcap is unlimited, the more money will be raised, the more real estate objects will be invested.

It will be regular internal audit. The external audit will be used only  before including the real estate into the company's investment pools. Every property will be estimated by an independent organization. It will be done for the independent valuation of the real estate before the purchase.
Thats smart, both audits are needed to re-check each other, like crosswork for better decision and minimizing financial risks.
