Their Telegram channel is blocked and you can enter. Bounty admin replied that all stakes are calculated and forwarded to the team. So it is Grain team who slows down distribution process.

No communication in this forum, no communication on twitter, and if someone asks for the bounty in telegram they immediately ban it, I think there is enough evidence to open a thread in the scam section, and make them a twitter campaign so that people know what happens. exchanges are the tech maffia. Its totally ridiculous the kind of fees they charge for nothing. Even tier 2 exchanges like kucoin and hitbtc ask $300-600k and then as a company you need to hire a market maker to fullfill the liquidity requirements and that’s costing the company another $50-70k, a month!
ICO are really funny nowadays,it's no longer worth investing.stories upon stories.almost half a year now since participation.
If it’s too hard, just do Hotbit or the new exchanges! They gladly list and they work hard to get famous!
