Dear HBC Team,

i don´t get any answer in telegram since 1 1/2 weeks.

Check it out. Username: Hardtacker

I had some questions about payout. Because until now I will lose nearly 50% of my daily interest, when I will withdraw my money.

At this time, people can not pull out their money without a big losses.

But I think, with the down of the other Lending ICO(BCC, ETHconnect etc.) it is very important that people can withdraw their money, without high losses and without high fee.

Hopefully you will change it with your "big updates" on this week

The other question is, that I usw a Android Phone and when I sign in, there is no logout button on the mobile version. Can you please add it.

Thanks

You must have bought at least 50 HBC from ICO or have at least 50 HBC in your HOMEBLOCKCOIN Wallet before a withdrawal is possible.

I thought I saw somewhere in the haphazard array of disjointed communications from HBC that they were going to fix their internal HBC/USD price to equal the external exchange(s)?  Does anyone know anything about this or a time-frame?

Currently you get prison-raped converting your lending profits to HBC (and therefore to BTC if desired) as the internal conversion rate is ALWAYS TWO TIMES the actual market value.  For example, right now:

HBC Lending Profit Exchange Rate (that you have no choice about if you want to actually withdrawal/use profits):
1 HBC = 7.98$
1 HBC = 0.000674 BTC

HBC's OWN INTERNAL EXCHANGE current pricing:
Bid: 1 HBC = 0.000317 BTC
Ask: 1 HBC = 0.000317 BTC

CoinMarketCap Value:
1 HBC = $3.64 USD
1 HBC = 0.000308 BTC

At a 220% internal markup, you're $100 in "profit" is actually $45!!!  You get screwed even if you want to trade internally, much less externally.

Is this going to be corrected, and if so, when? It is IMPOSSIBLE to convince any thinking person to Lend when they do sixty seconds of research and realized they're going to be screwed the moment they actually try and use/withdrawal any profits.

You should probably research a little better before writing an entire paragraph about a platform... first the price isn’t always half what the market is...it fluctuates between $7.90 and $8.14...secondly you aren’t losing money I’ll lay it out for you.

1. If you today invested $5000 worth HBC that would give you at current market value $3.60 each approx 1,388 HBC you then transfer them to lending and HBC will give your 1388 coins a value of $8.14 for lending purposes that means you are now lending $11300 which puts you in the highest bracket. You then Wait 24 hours and receive your 1st payment which is avg of 0.015% that’s $169 of the $11300 (BUT remember your actual investment is $5000 dollars) so we transfer the $169 you received and you get 21 HBC you then sell them on the exchange for $3.60 cents (because you never sell below your price entry point) and you make $77 dollars...far short of $169 yes but the math on your actual investment is this $5000 x 0.015 = $75 so you are making 0.015% on your real investment.

Don’t come on here trying to call this platform something it isn’t because everything they have advertised has been the case.

The only people who can complain about the price not being synced are those who invested higher than the $8.00 point which are the early investors.

You have now been discredited BUH-BYE

So, assuming this is accurate (and assuming you can respond like you're not 12... "buh-bye"? Really?), WHY on earth does HBC do it that way, artificially inflate your lend value only to artificially deflate your profit value, even if it does net out close to the same at the moment?  The fact that HBC arbitrarily (seemingly) sets/adjusts the internal exchange price in a way that is not consistent with market value is a hell of a thing to explain to a potential lender/investor...

My best assumption is that they want to offer incintive solely to lending as that is where the greatest profit for everyone comes from...I see it as an opportunity to lend hold all the of the profits in dollar value then transfer them to BTC once price hits $8.00 it allows the company time to build on its current infrastructure. I do not see any type of deception with this other than the ticker makes an investor feel they are making more than they are. Which I get it psychologically you fee you’re being cheated and maybe the devs should have came out and said they wanted to offer incentive etc...apologies for being childish I am passionate about this project and have a good sum tied up in it and don’t like bashing much

BTC withdrawal fee problem still not fixed
its amount is ~ 0.00534 BTC ($70)!

I was paying about 2% in the amount of 0.5 btc or more (from $ 150 per transaction). And 5% in the amount of about 0.04-0.05 btc. And you don't see the size of the fee when sending!!! You just comes a lot less money than you sent... There is no explanation! I think they are very greedy so they coin lies on the bottom...

Hello! I have a problem when trying to withdraw my HBC from windows wallet to the site wallet. Several hours have passed, and the transaction has more than 50 confirmations, but I do not see the incoming transaction on the site. Sent to the address of the deposit, as indicated on the site HKPw991wmUWPz6Sr4iCuHC3kcJm79Pe9rf. Please help.

it's ok. for money transfers you need 28-35 hours - so they work

HBC Team - Wondering why my group stopped making a new loan everyday since last Sunday? How are you supposed to make any money when deposits are floating in space never to be credited to your account? A member still has 90 floating around for 2 weeks. I made other deposits with no problem but this transaction shows on the explorer but not in the account:

TXID: 532257a8dac36102ff72a403f363a006d236a3ae1999cdacc7a4896b41797304

90.27000000 coins

Credit the amount and I will tell my team it is OK to start doing loans again.

We made several attempts to contact you several times by Telegram, PM, DM, Message board, and email with no response. We believe that this company should still be legit especially when there is such an opportunity to gain new clients from the other failed lending companies. Is this a Chinese company? That would explain the absence due to holiday. Anyway, hope to hear from you soon and I will reach out to my team again.

Regards.
No we are not from China haha drop us a private message here so we can help you Smiley

If Dev wants to regain our trust, he must come foreward, identify himself and deny my claims!
Hello, what are your claims sir or what are you questioning?

I did reach out by Private Message on January 12th at 9:50 AM but have received no reply. I will send you another message now.

As soon as my team member verifies that they received their missing deposit then I will make sure to post the details here.

Still no deposit pending after 24 hours.

I honestly cannot understand the problem. The coins were purchased on an external exchange and the transaction is complete. There are over 2000 confirmations and there were no errors made as far as the recipient address goes. This was not a commission or earnings used to exchange for coins, it was a team member's own BTC that was used to purchase the coins on the external exchange.

Should be a simple match to look at the transaction ID on the explorer. Find the receiver's HBC address in that transaction and then go to their Homeblockcoin.com account and verify that that deposit was not received yet and credit the coins - very easy. Please do not make this harder than it has to be as it is going on over 2 weeks now. Thanks.
