This is not going to accomplish anything, IMHO, you are just setting up for another wave of negative feedback. The stats you provided earlier about the number of people accessing the site concurrently isn’t going to be solved by what you propose for tomorrow. I really don’t want to come across as ungrateful (I’ve been opposite of that to date), but the logic doesn’t work out with the proposal to allow the chance for those who have been unlucky in the last three rounds simply because there are many more people without HBC than there are with.

I input 184 HBC to buy according to my BTC balance, then got the congratulations in one tab. After that received 502 and 522 website errors in all tabs...

After 20 minutes I managed to refresh the webpage but no HBC in balance.

What other details do you need I will send them to you, but right now I'm getting error 503 Service Unavailable when I try to log in again.

People there will be other Ponzi Scheme Scam Coins to invest in, they are all trying to copy bitconnect. Just need to find a good one to get in on and one that has their act together with their infrastructure. The whole invest/reinvest scheme it's only good until no more people reinvest. Then it will all come crashing down. It could even happen to bitconnect. Key is get in early and get out early.

So far this is my worst ICO experience. This is a complete joke. Holding everyone’s btc hostage and expecting us to support you in the end is a laugh. You guys better get fixing this shit ASAP, unless of course you are a scam, which is starting to look pretty apparent. GIVE US OUR BTC NOW and maybe you can salvage some trust from the community if it’s not too late.

I did everything they gave us as tips to purchase. Opened up a few tabs clicked to buy when timer went to 0. Got a green congratulations message in one of the tabs, then website crashed in all tabs showing 502 and 522 errors. Managed to refresh the page 20 minutes later and 0 HomeBlockCoins in balance. BTC still there.

Why would I get the green congratulations message if its for absolutely nothing ? How are we supposed to buy this coin......
This is just going totally wrong from the start.

Here's a noble idea.

Separate the database servers from the web servers. Run the database servers in master / slave configuration where the master can do read and write to do things like update tables when people buy HBC etc and the slave a read only for things like user login authentication and anything else that does not require a write to the database. Web servers Apache can easily handle 20000+ connections NGINX will easily do this as well.

If you are reputable AT ALL you would allow people to withdraw their BTC. By NOT doing so you are breaking the trust of EVERYONE in the community including those who were able to buy. If I were able to buy and others could not withdraw their BTC it shows lack of integrity on your part and would not recommend ANYONE to invest in your platform when they can continue with Bitconnect or others that have their act together. Waiting until after the fork and ICO is over is just a cop out bullshit excuse.

As everyone is saying give us our fucking money (aka BTC)

Put session timer in user panel for people to see when they must do some action to not loose connection with site it will reduce load on server
