There will be no restrictions, but as usual in most of the applications we see on this technology at the moment, will be released as Beta, and go on permanent upgrading for at least 6 or more months... Point is that we were awaiting to the end of this First ICO to also open the recruitment area on the dedicated site... at the moment, and for own sake, we prefer to concentrate in what we are doing and the staff is being recruited through specific contractors.
