Yes, with active developments from the team and partnership makes us to hold the coin in long term because many people are calling it as South Korean ETH coin. Very soon they are going to launch their Dex platform in this year only.

If you compare in 2017 they made very less partnership and less DAPPS and now the partnership has increased and once they start releasing their own blockchain while help to increase the demand for blockchain.

How many ICOs they have already on own blockchain? I know only one ongoing ICO (weBloc Protocol ).
And with which government they working?

Maybe you are getting confuse to see the out dated content in OP. There is no active bounty campaign for this project you should have to spend little time to read the dates and let know about the status of this project.
