Yeah it will be limited for sure, I participated in one beta test for one exchange and it was limited to 500 testers.

If those restriction ever changes, it will be a huge boom on the crypto market.
It will change simply because no smart country can afford to lose all the money you can get from blockchain and development it brings with it.

Great to see a new exchange coming out,because most exchanges started abusing position and taking too much money from the projects to get listed.We need some fresh and new approach more oriented toward success of the crypto in general, not to just fill their own pockets.
Indeed, lot of exchanges now including Binance simply ask to much money from new projects to get listed and that is why we get a lot of bad projects listed and some that truly deserve to be listed and thus more approachable get sidelined and suffer.
