Greetings. Tell me, will there be an opportunity to get such an insurance which will let me to get 100% of the cost of my package as compensation if there’re any problems?

In the case of proven disservice by the vendor, a full refund of the contents of the shipment is provided. These warranties will only cover LWF direct services and those operated by the brokerage service providers. For any issues caused by couriers during reshipping or caused by the shipper, it will be necessary to contact the customer care or have signed for a total LWF insurance for the product.

Good afternoon. Can you tell us what kind of evidence the users can bring in favor of the fact that they have no responsibility for violation of the integrity of the parcel?

Go through the white paper,  peruse through the ancillary insurance section, am sure you would find this detailed there. https://www.lwf.io/docs/lwf_whitepaper_en.pdf

I am not into logistics but I am interested in your project. What does dPos  stands for?

DPOs stands for Delegated Proof of Stake which is a method for securing a cryptocurrency network, processing transactions and achieving a distributed consensus regarding the ownership of funds without the need for a central authority. It is a variant of the Proof of Stake system, which itself was developed in order to reduce the cost and inefficient electricity usage associated with Proof of Work systems such as the one used by Bitcoin. Transactions are maintain and managed by Delegates on the DPOs network. These delegates perform the function of validating transactions, maintaining the blockchain and take the transaction fees as profit. Within this transaction validation system, each delegate receives a reward in LWF coin, in the form of transaction fee, in order to cover the operating costs needed to keep in efficiency conditions forging nodes (to which transaction verification is delegated) as well as maintaining the LWF network in safe conditions.

Does anyone know if the ICO can be over in advance?

The TEC can be ended abruptly if and only if the hardcap of 2000 BTC is achieved before the ICO ends.

I‘ve read that the insurance payment can cover up to 90% of the value of my goods. Does it mean that the amount of insurance payment can be less than 90%? What will it depend on?

It will be based on the object's declared value (which requires documented proof), the shipment's protection and access to customer care that will carry out the above checks, confirm and provide refund if the package is stolen, lost or irreparably damaged  in any stage following the forwarder's reception. Also the tracking must note that the package is lost or signed with reserved if the package is damaged.

Main Branch is a P2P (Person to Person) Platform that will allow people to becomes forwarders or receiver in freight forwarding business to help the emerging economy countries to receive goods. Other services provided are P2P Express Delivery and Package Collecting. Second branch will be the DPoS Blockchain, that is a DPoS Envinronment where the blockchain will have a database schema designed with the unique purpose to serve, collect and organize logistical informations from companies and from our P2P Portal as well. So this Branch will allow companies to join our blockchain as database sobstitution or integration: reducing IT Costs, HA costs and Software integrations between partners since our data will have a common standard.

I’ve read that one can get some insurance for non-personal services. What does this insurance give, and how much will it cost?

How will the amount of insurance payment be calculated if I receive my goods damaged? How long will I have to wait for the insurance payment?

The dispute resolution system isn’t very cool. Regular users will be able to act as arbitrators – that’s nonsense. They don’t know this stuff (the majority of them), beats me how they will be able to solve any problem objectively.
It’s a kind of extremely wrong info. The company will have special staff who will deal with disputes between users.

Really? I’ve read on a forum that users will act as arbitrators themselves. Will the staff will be qualified in this field?
Yes, of course, the staff will. They will use a set of specific criteria and best practice in the field of arbitration in their work, so you can be sure that all disputes will be solved objectively.

What a set of criteria are you talking about? Is it made by the company or is it a kind of generally accepted international standard?

The LWF project has a legal team that will work to solve these disputes. There is a hard work to keep the project to be protect in this legal terms."SOP" or checklist, for all forwarders must respect compliance policies for all "shippers" and partners to LWF. The LWF team is writing it in this weeks with our law firms. About customs and duties we're getting a guy that will help our developers to have all burocratic stuffs ready for every forwarders that need to provide the services from a country to another.
