Yes, but 2FA backup doesn'work... "Hackers" changed all my passwords and 2Fa (login pass and trade pass), impossible to access my account, after that, i sent my kyc to gate.io team and they reset my 2FA... after login, i can see this:
and this... empty wallets..
Man if gate.io really did this all on purpose, it's something that must be highlighted. Resetting of 2FA by so-called hackers really seems suspicious, it just might be gate.io who did this all, as changing it without getting hold of your mobile is not an easy task.

Did you try contacting their support team? That's a bad story, I never thought of them like that.
Yes, but Gate.io Team answer me; "F.. Y.., it's your fault, we have 2FA, blabla.." but only the Gate.io team can change my 2FA (complicity for sure)
I ask them many times for refund or another soultion but now it's like speak to a wall who never answer... Take care guys;)
Well that tells how badly MED needs to have a new & better exchange.

I keep my med on gate io but i m little scared with all these hacks on exchange. I d'ont think there is any safe plateforms to keep them. If not, do you have news of this coin ?
Don't use Gate.io, they are SCAMMERS !! .. they changed my 2FA code on 31 december and robbed me 10.000 MED and 0.0118 BTC

EDIT: And yes mate, I'd like to suggest you something. It can happen due to bad calibration, do you have backup code of 2FA? If you have it, you may try deleting the current 2FA from Google Authenticator and then add it again. It just might solve up your problem!

MediBloc, patient-centric healthcare information platform, had successfully ended its token sale on Dec 15 2017, surpassing our soft cap.
MediBloc team had decided to burn unsold tokens in order to solidify the foundation of our project and protect the interest of token sale participants.
