ICO's are merely a form of fund raising, using the blockchain as a secure and transparant platform. Honestly, this works great for milkcoin IMO.

Personally, I have not once faced a decentralized project in the field of agriculture, and yet not one of them was somehow strange or superfluous. On the contrary, it seems to me that this is one of the most promising areas for using blockchain

Hello. Just decided to pop by, after reading one of your posts in Medium (from your Twitter). I do not know about the rest of you guys, but I really like the idea of this ICO. No fancy word plays and no fancy dreams. Just a simple straightforward business plan. I do not think I have seen anything like this. Did anyone read their business plan? It is really impressive. I am quite surprised people dump 1000s into projects with no actual research but they overlook things like Milkcoin.

OP do you have any English information for the other documents? I am just curious to read it.

As MilkCoin Est will be the counter-agent for dividend payments and token buybacks (and therefore our risk exposure would actually be with this entity), will the currency loan between MilkCoin Est and HSK be secured or unsecured? Under what law/jurisdiction will the loan contract be governed? What is or what will be the incorporation type and ownership structure of MilkCoin Est?
