What distinguishes you from propi and atlant?
Atlant is just a real estate token and platform, it is not a rental REIT and they do not hold assets.

I see similar dreams about the growth of prices after fees, but as those projects have shown, it's all not so simple. The regulator will not miss this, but without real deals, the price will not grow exactly.
