I am super interested with real estate related tokens. I will join couple of real estate token ICOs.
What is your profit sharing starting day ? when token holders get eth profit.

Our initial timeline was for first profit share date in December 2018, however as we have already secured our first tenants who are waiting to rent our first property via Ethereum, our estimated date of first profit share payment is October 2018.
Our competitor is noted in the whitepaper. Caviar coin. although this is a debt based security and they do not own the real estate.
0.2 ETH will get you roughly 500 MEST tokens.

In the coming weeks we will be adding MEST tokens to exchange(s) and sharing the links. This will allow those not able to participate in the ICO the chance to get hold of some MEST tokens.
Existing MEST token holders may even have the oppurtunity to sell your MEST tokens for a profit before the ICO is even over - Although we recommend holding to benefit from the future rental income monthly profit share!

Monaco Estate Token is for investments in Monaco only, correct.
In future we will launch further REITS in other countries that have a similarly strong real estate market. One ICO at a time!
