Fake news is a huge problem in social media and it would be great to solve it, but reading your presentation I see that you reward "high quality contents" and (if I've understood correctly) the quality is linked to other users valuation.

(If yes) as you maybe know fake news sometimes are more followed by users than real news, so this method could realize the exact opposite of its initial purpose.

Am I right?

Yep, now they have more than enough funds to build their Platform.
But I am still optimistic Sapien will be able to reach the Hard cap in the main sale, because I see they have a great marketing team.

I think they have enough money to develop the project and this amount I hope the development team will use the money for the purpose of the project. I have invested 10 ETH at the time of Pre-Sale and will definitely buy more if this project gets the attention from many big investors.

the first stage crowdsale has shown enthusiastic investors I think in this second round can be faster as you say, the price of btc I say has not increased because this year many say the downtrend.

Exactly, the market team is doing good and they are doing good in terms of promoting their product. Already they are very successful in promoting the project and community is very responsive for this project.

I think that if they managed to achieve such a success even before the sale of tokens, then at the stage of sale they will in any case achieve the Hard Cap
