It seems really sad to see that such a project that collected such money has tortuous approaches when distributing the money to people that has not even been paid from their own pocket. In my opinion, the title should be opened in the Scam section and the campaign managers (the founders of Sapiens) should be marked as negative confidence in Bitcointalk.
I totally agree with you. How can we talk about confidence and honesty of team if thay can get out of a promise? It is unacceptable!

CEO's don't respect bounty workers. I experienced the same thing with the NOUS platform recently. Once it is pay time suddenly the percentages are lowered. Not fair. Good luck to those involved with this project. I mean the bounty workers here.

I invested in pre sale , i hope my 2 eth will be 20 eth after ico 
. At the time of market crash it is not wise to invest in ICO's but sometimes you can't miss some good projects.
I do personally think that Sapien Network have a great potential. However taking into account some conflict with people who promoted the ICO we can expect some negative consequences (at least short team). So may be your 2 eth investment will result in 20 eth income, but you will have to be very patient… . i am so disappointed with sapien! they only made participants expect the allocated bounty pool to be true then in last minutes, they will decide to change the allocation? just right after the campaign is over? this is such a disappointment!

If bounty managers and Sapien's team claim that it was written "up to 5%", then this phrase is fraud. From a legal point of view, you deliberately deceived a large number of people. You should have written the following "up to 5%, but not less than x% or x dollars". This phrase was not written. There are many screenshots where you can see "5% on the bounty". It follows that you deliberately misled bounty participants. Where, by the way, is the public offer? Do you provide services under this agreement? Or are you generally legally illiterate?
Following your logic, you can pay ZERO. After all, zero is up to 5%. Ask any investigator of the prosecutor's office - this is an example of the usual SCAM.

i just noticed that the bounty thread has been edited. i mean the op.
the last time i checked it, the bounty says that "5%" of the total supply. but now i checked it, that 5% just vanished.
this only implies that they have intent to deceived the participants with a high allocation. so that many people will be interested to join and increase the marketing.
