I think the chances are there. I don't know in what way you're comparing Skincoin to Populous since they're very different project, but this here is aiming at a market niche that's not over saturated and at the same time has been very active in the past few years.

About reaching $3 - $4, I'm not sure, maybe in the very long run. Still this has the potential of going much higher than the current ICO price.

As for me, SkinCoin was always very promising. And I strongly believed in this project. It seems to me that I invested in these moments of my life, I win in a double, because as a gambler I will have a huge advantage that I will not betray coins will cost several times more on the stock exchange.
