Token holders will get a share of the company profits. 20% of dividends are paid in ETH proportionally to all SMARC tokens that are in circulation at the time of the payout. This will occur once a year around mid-March.

I am not that much into logistics business, but after I review Smart Containers, all I can say is that is pretty smart. The idea they came with, the road to fulfill the goals and to implement it into a working system is just smart.
In this area at the moment, really a lot of problems. If the team can productively implement the product, this can change the industry for the better.
It is time to get involved with a real business. The Smart Containers ICO is more than just a whitepaper — you are about to participate in a fully running business with working applications and real revenue.
This gives confidence in the project. Tell me, what will be the benefits of token holders?

Maybe I don't understand but is security token really a bad thing?
