You are right, there are 2 different sales here that are happening, both with discounts, the pre-sale which is done on the invitation and is still open with contributions starting from 5000 USD and discounts of 25%.

As well as the public sale which has the minimum contribution of 500 USD the discounts will range from 15% to 10% to 5%.
