I didn't fully understand the content auction. Will the conditions be created in such a way that the owner will be able to get the best price offer after the auction?
There is an auction only between buyers (media, TV Channel, etc...) ==> 80% of this amount if for the Reporter.
Please note that you just need to own a smartphone to be a Reporter!

I think that any investor will be able to choose the necessary period for participation. Will I be able to register KYC before closing Pre-ICO?
