So as requested, our company made a proposal to take over the project and rebrand it.
The proposal was posted in the Telegram group.
Since then, the CEO of SolarDAO decided to email all initial investors, leaving OTC buyers and people that bought on the exchange behind with the tokens.
He has notified the investors by email that he's going to delete the telegram channel.
Meaning that it won't be easy for potential companies to take the project over or to communicate with former investors.
So I guess the project will eventually 'fade' away.. just like the money that was invested.

We regret to inform that our team didn't succeed and decided to give up the control. It means we are not going to develop and support this Project anymore.
However, we are ready to collaborate with the Community in an open and non-conflict way and are ready to transfer all the rights and resources to a new management team if any will.

It’s been more than two years since the Solar DAO launch and we really appreciate your support, trust, and faith in the initial idea.
Meanwhile, the world around us is constantly changing and the solar market has changed dramatically for the past two years.
We did our best to be fully up to dated and react quickly as it possible for all the changes. However, we did not succeed in a couple of objective reasons.
What’s next:
1. We are closing the official chat in Telegram within next 48 hours. There are no needs to keep it running anymore.
2. We have placed brand new Helpdesk:
http://hd.solardao.me/You can freely ask any question there. Some of the frequently asked questions (FAQ) will be published there.
3. We are working on a final report and it will be available for verified token holders by the end of June 2019. Yes, it takes longer than anyone expected plus some time to be placed inside the private area.
4. When the report is published a token holder voting will be held. The voting will be available only for the verified token holders. To prevent double voting we are going to not to verify new users anymore and demand to re-verify your tokens stored.
5. All the further instructions will be sent by email.

A. You are free to do whatever you wish with SDAO tokens.
B. If the Community decide to terminate the Project and no new executives will be selected, all the tokens belonging to the Team will be destroyed.
