Yet you want to get 40 million dollars for some random meaningless tokens, to 'fingers crossed' get a share in a new and upcoming market which is far from mainstream. The only one I know is Everex (kudos to them!).By the way, you are supporting DENT ICO with max cap of around $48M (400k per 1ETH with 70B token limit, am I right?), no roadmap (or did I miss it on the ANN page?) and only plan to develop an app?

I want to ask about the second capital raised structure, you wrote expand equipment compatibilities, can you explain a bit more about this point, is it for older device? Because i expect to use my htc vive without problem when using the platform.

How did you calculate it? I think 2-3M wouldn't be enough considering that broadcasting deals and partnerships with sports or entertainment organizations are pretty expensive. Maybe for the platform development alone.
You may be right about other ICOs getting huge amounts for no real reason, but this project is a bit different and $40M is justified in my opinion.

I do not think they will create new technology but will continue to develop the system in any way to get the best content and it is definitely fit for the spectacle at home.Because the team has set up an experienced content observer in terms of. From audio and video so that the look and sound is worth watching.
