"These funds" mean all the tokens sold on the crowdsale or just mean the tokens hold by the team and spectiv site?

If you are referring to our internal platform currency (Specs), the reason why we have created it is so we can use it to facilitate future operational functions with the platform which BTC or ETH wouldn't allow for. We will get into further details on this in our coming video interview.

YouTube is our biggest competition, but we encourage that you study the case of Twitch, the video game streaming platform.
Almost everything Twitch offers could have been done on YouTube. But because they successfully focused on the niche of gamers, they were able to create a successful, differentiated platform.
We aim to do the same for our niche of virtual reality. We want people to see Spectiv as the primary destination for simple VR streaming.

Thanks for your question. We are still investigating vendors for hosting. S3 is the most likely candidate in the short-term (during development). A portion of the crowdsale proceeds are earmarked for covering these costs.

Who are the "Curators"? What exactly will they do? How and for what they receive the reward?

We have regular discussions on this matter. You can expect us to update prices and max/min thresholds within the next 14 days. When we finalize our terms, we will update all outlets - be sure to stay tuned with our announcements here and on social media.

Prices will continue fluctuating as we get closer to the crowdsale. It is likely that we will make some changes in the terms for the crowdsale leading up its start date. Rest assured, we are diligently watching the market and will adjust our figures accordingly. That is reasonable, the ICO price should be fair to everyone whether they buy ETH now or near the date of ICO.

We are having internal company discussions about this matter, and we will update the prices and the max/min cap in the coming days. When we finalize our terms, we will update all sources and outlets with this information - patiently wait for this to be decided. As a note, prices will continue fluctuating as we get closer to the crowdsale date, so changes may occur leading up to that time. We will constantly be monitoring changes in the market and will adjust our crowdsale terms accordingly.

Have you guys considered linking the amount to USD rather than ETH?

We feel that the twitter rules are very fair, as seen by how many participants successfully completed the requirements in week 1. If we do hear a significant amount of complaints from people that the requirements are too rigorous, then we will definitely evaluate the rules.

Those are very minimum rules for the participants to get their stakes. It is their requirement because we have to follow them in order to earn the stakes. I think many people have a lot of confusion about these tweets and retweets, already Op has given many examples to participants.
