Yes, they will raise thier desired target but everything we have to wait and see because community is supporting the project and team is also supporting them in terms of bonus. The only thing left is what was their desired hard cap for ICO?
I think their target will be achieved, although there are only a few constraints on the Ethereum network that is so dense.
Right now i don't find any problem with ETH transaction because people are happily transferring their ETH to the ICO investment. So soon the hard cap of Spectiv vr will reach by the end of the ICO because still, there are two more weeks left in the ICO.

Yep they have already raised more then $6M. Still plenty of days are left for the ICO to end.
I think they will be able to raise about $10M
