I have acquired 3000 SIG on Monday and I have 2 concerns.
The first one is I didn't received any confirmation email. I've contacted Spectiv on the contact box directly on the site and on Twitter. No reply in both cases. So I would like to know if it's normal for them to take some time to reply.
My second concern is about KYC - ID confirmation. When I enter the code on the android app, it says invalid code. Also, if I pick the browser option - it ask me to upload a front & back picture (i guess it's for passport), and selfie picture. Is that right? Anyone encounter the same invalid code issue on the app?

If you participated in the first round of bounty and completed required criteria then you will get bounty reward.
ICO will end on 30th Dec. So far they raised abount 8900 ETH
