It may be on its starting phase but I think they already progress a lot compared to other crypto projects because as they mentioned they are already on 95% of their product but it makes me think, is it just a marketing strategy?

That's right if you want to profit from ICO my suggestion is to join in the first week until the ICO sales finishes, So you can gain high stakes. That you could potentially trade in the crypto market exchange for bitcoin if the project has been successful.
