Actually such coins are already vypshchuyeno enough also telluria not the first in the plan of low cost of transactions, there are several coins in general with free transactions, but as practice shows it doesn't bring desirable popularity.

The commission will be 0.15% of the transaction. If you are the holder of the TELA token, the commission fees will be only 0.075%
