My impression too. But what will happen with all the coins of the team & such (the other 50% of the total supply)?

For example: of the 220M ICO coins, 30M will be sold. Remaining 190M to be burned. The team has 17,5% of total supply. Will they burn their coins equally or keep all 70M?
Same question for advisory & legal (12,5% seems excessive, well done Mr Ver) and other recepients of the 50%

Hi, good question.
Of course we will also burn the team tokens equally.
There will be a guaranteed free-float of 55%.
So let's say we close the sale now at 25m sold NGC - there would be a total amount created of approx 45m NGC.
It would be extremely greedy if we would not burn our coins equally Cheesy

I have bought in to the ICO. However with the numbers you quoted does that mean that you will still own nearly 45% of the tokens? That seems a lot of tokens to held by the owners.

Those 45% are not entirely hold by the owners. The team is receiving a total of 17.5%. All other of those tokens are allocated for legal, advisory, MA options, buyback and so on.

Yup, thats what they said. However at this stage, $25,043,952 raised from 37,198 backers and 2 days left. It could come very close to their target. May end up at 28-29M maybe.

The recent rise in Bitcoin and Eth may have slowed down investments in ICOs in general.

Excuse if this is a silly question. Newbie here. Your hard cap is 220m and total coins are 400m. You will burn unsold coins in this offering, so doe that mean that if you sell 30m coins you burn 190m and the the over all total coins is then 210m (not 400m)? And if so, then there will be 30m coins in public circulation (plus referrals) and the remainder of 190m-ish is retained for the purposes of the company as shown in your pie chart on you site?

After completion of ICO, you can start trading in exchanges but still, now they didn't mention in which exchanges they are going to list. The only thing we have to wait and until we get updates from the company.
