No wallet gets created automatically as far as i understood, you must create your wallet with a ERC20 compatible company, like Parity,
Im not sure that myethereum has ERC20 compatibility, be sure to check before making your wallet, as the Nagacoins will be sent to the address you provide them, and they will be a Ethereum token, all this is configured within they´re official webpage, from there you can buy the tokens with whatever crypto they accept, like Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Bitcoin and the rest

That´s a very good question, considering you haven´t been in the pre sale of the ico or main sale and bought after the release to the exchanges it should cost you the normal price, but im not sure if they have any mecanism to recognize the difference,
