I have had some posts on Bitcoin and Crypto currencies on the blog before. Overall I find the technology very interesting, but at least for Bitcoin I am not certain about the real value.
Things are though very different for a German company called “The Naga Group”. The company IPOed 5 months ago on July 10th in Germany in the lightly regulated “Scale segment”. Initially, its aim was to specialize in “disruptive Trading technologies”.
The disruptive technology is an App which is the “Tinder of Stock trading”. The product is a “social trading business platform” called Swipestox, trying to earn most of its money with advertising. I have looked up the App on the Google play store and it has been downloaded a 100.000 times which is OK, but not great. Interestingly the newest comment/rating is from beginning of September, so I am not sure how actively this App is used.
The company boasts 2 prominent pre IPO investors: Hauck and Aufhäuser, a well-known German private bank and Fosun, the conglomerate from China whose founder went “missing” some months ago, but then reappeared , Oh, and Fosun actually bought Hauck and Aufhäuser last year.
In the first 6 months of 2017, the company had around 4 mn EUR in Revenues and roughly the same amount of losses and virtually no cash on hand despite significant amounts raised from Fosun..........

Will Switex users be able to exchange virtual goods from different games without additional costs?
Yes! Virtual goods will be interchangeable between games and game platforms without any further costs, but the usual sale fees on the market.

As far as I understand, Switex is ready to cooperate with developers of computer games so they will have an opportunity to sell their goods via this platformOn the Switex Market the fees are transparent to the Switex users and thus are planned - as of now - to be 10% (5% belong to game publisher/developer and the other 5% to Switex). If the market requires it, we are open to adjust the fees to the advantage of the switex users. Moreover, in a future stage of Switex there will be a subscription based model for very active users, so those will pay half of the future market fees but a monthly small fix amount.

Yes! Switex will be an open and independent platform. We strive to develop an open API where practically all game publishers/developers can onboard themselves - with the premise that the game publisher/developer is eligible.

Will vendors set the price of game items themselves or will NAGA experts evaluate market price of such items?
On Switex we will have a dedicated Store, on which Gamer Developers/Publishers will have the possibility to directly offer their items to Switex users. Furthermore, Switex users can sell/buy their items on the Switex Market, where only players can create offers and purchase them. Creating an offer requires to set up a price by the item owner. In a later stage of Switex, we plan to implement price determination by an automatic order system.

Company expected to raise the huge amount I doubt it will hit main sale target. Naga is working project and has potential but ICO overpriced and overfunding target which they cant meet.
