Yep, NAGA is a German holding of technology companies which was founded in 2015 and is listed on the German Stock Exchange. Over the last 2 years, NAGA has raised over $15m in capital from various prestigious investors, such as one of Europe’s oldest banks Hauck & Aufhaeuser (founded 1796) and from China’s largest private investment conglomerate FOSUN.
So, it is mainly a Chinese company, because Hauck & Aufhaeuser belongs (mainly) to FOSUN.

NGC token holders may be required to pay taxes associated with the transactions contemplated herein. It will be a sole responsibility of NGC token holders to comply with the tax laws of the jurisdictions applicable to them and pay all relevant taxes.

I like this ICO, good and known advisors, although Roger Ver only known advice is to accept payments in "his" Bitcoin Cash. I hope he gives more advice.
One question, why a presale so close to the main sale? Any thought for buying in the main sale? Usually we can think about a pre sale before there is any PoC/product, let's say something more risky but with some benefits (like this 30%) and the main sale/ ICO, without benefits but with a currently PoC or beta product (less risky). But with NAGA coin they happen at the same time.
