As far as I can see they didn't expect such a traffic and didn't test server under stress.
The major mistake was with local captcha. It was frozen because of overload and this broke all the other stuff.

im pretty sure most of us will be able to buy the coin on 2017-11-27 ICO where they start selling 450k amount of coins.
anything less than that is too hard to buy, based on my personal experience buying hextracoin.

Yes i see some strange transactions too before ICOwell thats settles it, the devs are buying early then dumping the coins, they ddnt even announced anything about the sitation or keep us updated
