Yeah, it's wonderful opportunity because $39M is VERY small capitalization for such a serious project. It can easily make x5 straight after the ICO.
As a traders we d like to see price of our tokens on secondary markets very ogranic and less volotile. We don't have huge discounts, most of our investors won't sell tokens, because they aren't flippers.
So we decided to collect funds just to fit our development goals. We are very optimistic about our further valuations.

Here we can trust the project. They have been working since 2009 and the team is large — over 80 persons and 25 programmers there. I suppose it will be profitable to buy Uttoken now, especially for those ones who invest a lot (I mean huge discounts here).

I dont really use linkedin for communication, coz i dont like GUI and its banned here in russia.

You can find this information in our roadmap. We definitely will be decentralized, but first we are going to make quality service, there is really much job to do.
As a trader i realize that prototype of DEX today is very poor, coz the next big thing is institutional money. They use to meet high- end service as well best technical support.

You have 39 mln usd hard cap? Its too much for trading platform...
How I can read article about you? Link non-clickable on 1-st page...
Its not huge and same with Kyber or AirSwapHow I can read article about you? Link non-clickable on 1-st page...
And? Now its trading in 50% below ICO price.
The problem is that now everybody can trade via etherdelta. This exchange is good for speculations but not good for ICO investors. It is sad to know that right after ICO somebody can buy tokens 50% less.
I think founders of this ICO (or from others ICO) need to think about this situaltion.
This is a real problem for all ICOs who hold a company bounty

I suppose they will reach the hardcap even before the main stage of ICO if there won't be pre-sale limit cap.

Yes you are right. And now there are too many projects that omit people unknown to anyone. In this case, the command causes trust.

Devs, you have a little bit various info at WP, site and at this thread regarding the tokensale. There are notice "presale no more than 40000000" at the first post. There is nothing about it at the wp and the site. Where is the truth?
I also noticed this. I would like to receive an answer to this question.
