Yeah I don't think that main intention of Vanywhere to give you full time employment. Doesn't mean it won't be possible of course.

It's more of a gig platform imho. You are not really hiring, just buying their "product"

They will build that app with the ordinary customer in mind, I am sure about that. The ease of use will be essential for adoption.
Best apps and products come from neccessity.
Usually the product is kick ass when a developer builds something for his personal use

Are there any available statistics on what skills are people mostly applying?
Crypto related skills is my guess,seeing as this is crypto based project,and not yet fully spread in the mainstream.
Crypto is not wide spread enough
You are right about crypto nor being spread enough, but atleast for the beginning crypto related skills will be offered a lot, as thus is crypto based project and most users will be from those circles. Until mass adoption of course.
They are first targeting a general audience, but I would think there would be a lot of crypto skillers later on.
Hm,if they really target general adueinec first i hope app will be very easy to use,and that wit will be easy to buy Vany tokens,as people outside of crytpo and not used to those kind of things.

Based on some of the Skiller verticals I would say that is the target.

Yes they have a bunch of really informative interviews, not just about the app but the crypto world in general so if you want to brush up on your knowledge check out the other one as well.

It depends, but my guess would be that the crypto world invests in the project while Skillers themselves will at first be people offering skills like fashion, cooking and tourist guidance.

There are a lot of people that would like to set up a mining rig but they just don't know how. There would be a great demand for guys and girly that do know that stuff.
And basic economics that you can't do without if you want to take crypto seriously. People really need to educate themselves before jumping into this.

How can i apply as a Skiller?
What the process behind this?
I think haveto sign up and reviewed by community.
Not just by community,there will be verification process done by Vanywhere team as well.You cant be too secure,and you only want legit people on the platform.
Maybe the initial Skillers had to go through all of this - but the team will have a lot of work if the platform really kicks-off.
The team will be there just for support so the main part of quality control will have to be done by the community, especially if the platform grows. The community and some good ol' common sense.
I found this on their site -
"While everyone can apply to be a Skiller, not everyone will be accepted. After filling out a profile application, it is up to the Vanywhere community to audit, review and approve all Skillers. These community members will receive a rating based on the quality and quantity of Skillers who they approve. In exchange for their participation, community members will be rewarded with VANY tokens."
so it means it's up to the community.
I think that this is the most fair approach possible.
